BetProExch Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and betproexch ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the betproexch website, mobile application and any associated services offered at betproexch.vu.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on betproexch, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any specific rules, bonus terms or game-specific policies that betproexch publishes from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, your only remedy is to close your account and stop using the platform. Continuing to use betproexch after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use betproexch, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betproexch is strictly an adults-only platform. Registrations from anyone under 18 will be rejected and any winnings voided.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any company, syndicate or third party.
• You must be acting in your own name and using your own payment methods. Registering under another person's identity is prohibited.
• You must not be excluded from gaming under any self-exclusion arrangement previously agreed with betproexch.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. betproexch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

betproexch may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age and payment method ownership. This verification process is a standard part of responsible platform operation and is required before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Failure to provide requested verification documents will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one active betproexch account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances across those accounts being voided.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. betproexch will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Do not access betproexch from shared devices without logging out after each session.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betproexch support immediately.
• betproexch will treat all activity from your logged-in account as authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access before the relevant transaction.

betproexch reserves the right to close or restrict any account at any time for any reason permitted under these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, terms violations, or failure to complete verification. Where possible, betproexch will provide notice before account closure.

betproexch accepts deposits in PKR only. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards and mobile wallets. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your betproexch wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• betproexch does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. These are outside betproexch's control.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned.

betproexch reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for large deposits. This is a standard due diligence measure. Failure to cooperate with source-of-funds checks may result in deposit rejection or account restriction.

betproexch processes PKR withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank accounts and other supported methods. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible, to prevent third-party fund movements.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be initiated. The withdrawal page within your account will display your current wagering status.
• betproexch reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal patterns for your account. This is a fraud-prevention measure.

betproexch does not charge a processing fee on standard PKR withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment method, subject to your payment provider's own receiving policies.

betproexch offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and eligible games. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance after you meet the qualifying conditions specified in the promotion — such as making a qualifying deposit or placing a qualifying bet.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are displayed on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. betproexch reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if it believes the player is exploiting the promotion rather than using the platform for genuine gaming.
• Multiple accounts, coordinated wagering across accounts, and bonus abuse in any form will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• betproexch reserves the right to modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and begun wagering will have their existing requirements honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.

betproexch offers sports betting, live casino, slots and fish games. Each product type is governed by its own game rules in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market they participate in.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other available markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at betproexch's discretion and may be suspended or voided in the event of technical issues, data feed interruptions or market integrity concerns.

• Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after they have been confirmed, except where a specific cash-out option is available and used before settlement.
• betproexch reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by human error or technical malfunction.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are displayed within the betting interface.
• betproexch reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual markets or for individual accounts where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity inconsistent with recreational play.

Casino & Slots: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. These produce statistically random and independent results. Game RTPs (return to player percentages) are provided by the relevant game supplier and are available within game information panels.

Fish Games: Fish games involve skill-based shooting mechanics with PKR multipliers. Results are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by betproexch or any player through external means. Boss events and multiplier mechanics operate as described within each game's rules.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betproexch. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of any associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure:

betproexch is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment, and betproexch actively provides tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered accounts:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, limits can only be raised after a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session reminders: Set a time limit for your gaming sessions. betproexch will notify you when your chosen duration has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Take a voluntary break from betproexch for a defined period. During self-exclusion, you cannot deposit, play or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.

betproexch is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you are concerned that your gaming is no longer recreational — that it is affecting your finances, your relationships or your wellbeing — please use the self-exclusion tool and seek support from a trusted person or professional resource.

Gaming on betproexch should always be funded from money you can afford to lose. Never chase losses, never borrow money to fund gaming, and never use money set aside for essential expenses like rent, food or bills to fund your betproexch account.

betproexch collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on betproexch, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.
• betproexch uses this data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with applicable obligations.
• betproexch does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data betproexch holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate data.

betproexch provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. betproexch is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside betproexch's control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Bets placed or gaming sessions conducted during a period of platform technical malfunction, where betproexch has subsequently voided the affected transactions.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of betproexch, to the maximum extent permitted.

betproexch's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the relevant time.

Either party may close a betproexch account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact betproexch support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

betproexch may close or suspend your account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Requests from payment processors or authorities relating to your account.
• Where betproexch determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, betproexch reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious violation, the balance may be voided. betproexch will communicate the reason for account closure wherever permitted to do so.

betproexch reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betproexch will provide notice through the platform — either via a notification within your account or through a notice displayed on the website — before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of betproexch after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
